A clear partnership.

These terms describe the Kari Goldsmith Partner Program operated by GEM Jewelers LLC. Applying does not activate a partnership. An approved applicant must accept the commission offer shown in their dashboard before sharing an active link.

Your commission

Your individual percentage is shown before acceptance. It applies to eligible jewelry revenue actually collected, after discounts and refunds, excluding tax and shipping. The rate is saved with the customer’s first attributed quote request. A later rate change requires your acceptance for new referrals and does not change existing projects.

How referral credit works

An active referral link creates a first-party referral cookie lasting up to 90 days. The most recent eligible partner link before the first quote request receives credit; a valid code entered by the customer takes precedence. Cookies may be blocked or cleared and do not follow people between devices, so customers can enter your code in the quote form.

Once saved, the request’s partner stays attached through the project. Eligibility is limited to a new customer’s first custom ring, pendant, or earring order, identified by their email address. Existing inquiries, self-referrals, duplicate identities, fraudulent requests, and cancelled orders do not qualify. An introduction is not a guaranteed sale or payment.

Approval and payment

Commissions become eligible for staff approval after the customer has paid in full, the piece has been delivered, and any applicable return period has cleared. Approved commissions are reviewed monthly. Payout details and any required tax information are arranged securely with GEM Jewelers; do not enter bank details or tax identifiers in application fields.

Refunds reduce eligible revenue. A refund after payment can create a documented commission adjustment, recoverable or offset against a later payment by arrangement. The dashboard shows adjustments and payment records. A payment entry records an external payment; the website itself does not transfer money.

Honest recommendations

Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission alongside your recommendation or referral link. Share your genuine experience and use accurate information. Do not promise a price, delivery date, material specification, or outcome that Kari has not confirmed. Obtain permission before using customer stories or images.

No spam, misleading claims, coupon-site distribution, impersonation, or bidding on Kari Goldsmith or GEM Jewelers brand names in paid search. Paid advertising using the brand requires written approval. Partners are independent referrers and cannot bind GEM Jewelers to an agreement with a customer.

Pauses and changes

GEM Jewelers may decline applications or pause new referrals. Existing legitimate requests remain available for review under their saved rate; suspected fraud or a terms violation may make a commission ineligible. Updated rates or terms must be accepted before new referrals can be credited.

Application and privacy notice

We store your application, account information, referral activity, program acceptance, and commission records to operate the partnership and contact you about it. Passwords are stored as salted, server-protected hashes. Account and program emails use our email service, Resend.

Partners see request reference numbers, jewelry type, progress, and commission information. Customer names, contact details, notes, and private design images are restricted to approved staff. The referral cookie contains a random identifier rather than customer contact information.

To ask about your application, correct your details, request account closure, or dispute a referral, reply to a program email. Records required for payments, disputes, or business obligations may need to be retained after account closure.
